Privacy Policy
National Bahá'í Schools are agencies of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States. To facilitate the planning, administration and evaluation of its sessions, each School maintains a database of information about its students.
A student's record will include his or her name and contact information, Bahá'í ID (if applicable), birth date, grade in school (if applicable), ethnic background, sessions attended, record of payments received, and may include any other information disclosed by the student.
When you enter information on this website, we have access only to the contact and student information and any comments you may include. This data is stored on the School's web server, and is then transferred to our local password-protected database files for use by the session's registrar.
We have no access whatsoever to your financial information, including credit card, debit card or bank account numbers, expiration dates, validation codes, and bank routing numbers. This information is submitted directly to PayPal, the School's secure payment processing service, who then notifies us that your payment has been made.
Your student information is personal and confidential. Unless otherwise authorized by you, it will be used only for administrative purposes by the School and the National Spiritual Assembly. It will not be disclosed to any individual or entity outside the institutions of the National Spiritual Assembly without your prior authorization, unless so required by law.
